Zutaten
- 40 ml Ashburner’s Chilli Gin Liqueur
- 80 ml Erdbeer-Nektar

Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten mit Eiswürfeln kräftig in den Shaker geben und gut shaken. Anschließend durch ein Sieb in ein mit Eiswürfeln gefülltes Tumblerglas abseihen. Mit einer frischen Erdbeere garnieren.

Der Montgomery ist cremig und verführerisch, doch die feine Chili-Schärfe sorgt dafür, dass er nie zu süß wird. Ein Drink, der sowohl auffällt als auch überrascht – ideal für Abende, an denen man etwas Besonderes servieren will.
